This retreat is an invitation to return to the truth of who you are. Join in for a deeply grounding and expansive retreat on the sun-soaked island of Mallorca, where golden light, rolling hills, and ancient olive trees invite you to slow down, soften, and remember who you are. This will be our first year gathering at the stunning Sanau estate - a timeless finca restored with heart and intention - where the spacious Mediterranean landscape holds you gently as you unfold.

This retreat is designed to support your becoming - through daily movement and meditation, nourishing plant-based meals, intentional rest, and deep connection to nature, time for oneself, and community.


Whether you arrive seeking clarity, courage, or creative spark, you’ll find yourself welcomed into a space of warmth, softness, and soul.

Let this be your extended summer and a sacred pause. A week to meet yourself anew - surrounded by quiet beauty, held in ease, and guided with care.

THE VENUE

Tucked between vineyards, almond trees, and wide Mallorcan skies, Sanau is a private retreat haven designed for peace and reconnection. Located just 30 minutes from Palma, this light-filled estate offers elegant rooms, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, a scenic pool, yoga shala, and panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

Here, you’ll feel rooted in the earth and inspired by the open air - the perfect setting for personal transformation.

Wake to birds singing. Practice in the beautiful shala or under big skies. Rest in day beds, soak up the sun, and let the gentle rhythm of the island remind you of what matters most.

YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES

 

5 nights accommodation at Sanau estate

1-2 daily practice with Chris & Nina

(asana, meditation, pranayama -in English)

5 nourishing, plant-based brunches

4 light, vibrant plant-based dinners from our private chefs

1 evening off to explore local dining or enjoy quiet solo time

Ample free time to rest, explore, or receive massage

Loving community, deep care, and the spaciousness to be fully yourself

Flights, transfers, and insurance not included. Dinner outside not included. Please bring your own yoga mat and any personal props.

THE RHYTHM

7.00 – 7.45 – Silent Morning Practice: Meditation and/or Pranayama
 

8.00 – 9.30 / 10.00 – Morning Yoga (Asana)
 

10.30 – Nourishing Brunch


Afternoons – Free time: rest, swim, explore, receive massage, or simply be
 

17.00 – 18.30 – Evening Practice (Movement / Inquiry / Yin / Integration)
 

19.00/19.30 – Dinner (in-house or out)

 

(Arrival and Departure Day are half-days.)

EARLY MORNING SILENCE

Each morning begins in intentional silence - a sacred space to tune into the land, your breath, and your inner landscape. This silence gently carries through meditation, breathwork, and asana until our first shared meal.

NOURISHMENT & DIGESTIVE EASE

Our private chefs will prepare meals that are light, local, and made with love - drawing on the island’s vibrant produce and designed to nourish body and soul. All meals are plant-based to support your daily practice, digestion, and clarity. Please inform us about allergies or intolerances well in advance.
