PASSES & STUDIO GUIDELINES — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At the SOULSPACE, we value presence, respect, and mindfulness — both on and off the mat.
To support a harmonious and professional experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our FAQs.
Here you’ll find everything you need to know about attending classes, memberships, and using our studios.
Our goal is to keep things simple, transparent, and respectful, so you can fully enjoy your time at the SOULSPACE.
Booking & Payment
All classes and events must be booked in advance through our booking platform, Eversports.
Drop-ins are welcome — please still register via Eversports before class since we do not have a cash register at the studios.
Injuries, Health & Pregnancy
Your safety and wellbeing are important to us.
If you have any injuries, physical limitations, or are pregnant, please inform your teacher before class.
Our teachers offer variations and adjustments for all levels — clear communication helps us support you best.
Personal Belongings
Leave your items (including phones) in the changing room.
The room is securely closed during class.
If you need your phone for medical reasons or are on call, please inform the teacher.
Please note that any valuables are left at your own risk.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a teacher-only area.
Water bottles can be filled in the bathroom facilities — or a teacher will happily fill them for you.
Class Attendance & Timing
The studio opens 15 minutes before class.
Please arrive within this window so we can begin smoothly and on time.
The doorbell is turned off at class start to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Out of respect for your teacher and fellow students, please arrive punctually — late arrivals disturb the flow.
Class Levels
Each class lists its level on Eversports (Beginner, All Levels, Intermediate, Advanced).
Please refer to this when booking to find what suits your experience best.
Medical Pauses
Passes can only be paused with medical confirmation.
Exceptions for non-medical pauses:
12-Month Passes — may be paused for up to 1 month (combined).
6-Month Passes — may be paused for up to 2 weeks (combined).
Other Passes — no pauses unless for medical reasons.
All our blockcards are valid for 12 months.
Student Discount
Students under 28 receive 20% off long-term passes (3 months or more) with a valid student ID.
These passes must be activated manually — please email
community@thesoulspace.ch to arrange payment via e-banking.
Kulturlegi Holders — receive 30% off ong-term passes (3 months or more) with a valid Kulturlegi.
These passes must be activated manually — please email
community@thesoulspace.ch to arrange payment via e-banking.
Blockcards cannot be combined with or transferred to time-based passes.
Parking & Access
Please use official public parking spaces around the studios, such as:

Blaue Zone (residential permit or limited-time parking with a blue disc)

Weisse Zone (regular paid public parking)
For bicycles and motorcycles, please use official parking spaces and avoid parking directly in front of or around the studio entrances.
Thank you for helping us maintain good relations with our neighbours and keeping access areas clear.
Lost & Found
All lost or left-behind items are stored in a basket at each studio.
Please check there or contact us if you’re missing something.
the SOULSPACE does not take responsibility for lost or unclaimed items.
Unclaimed items are cleared or donated periodically.
Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are binding.
Cancellations and refunds follow the terms listed on Eversports.
We do not issue refunds or credits for missed classes or late cancellations.
