ALPINE SOUL RETREAT

22–25 OCTOBER 2026
SWITZERLAND I WENGEN

What if this October in the Alps became a quiet return to yourself?

As the mountains soften into autumn tones and the air turns crisp, you’re invited into a space of grounding and quiet reflection. Held by golden forests and open skies, this retreat offers a gentle pause — time to slow down, let go, and listen inward. Through mindful movement, contemplative walks, and stillness, these days support clarity, integration, and quiet strength — guided by the steady rhythm of the mountains.

AUTUMN, TIME TO SETTLE

THE VENUE

Nestled between the majestic peaks of the Swiss Alps, the Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a haven of tranquility, regeneration, and conscious retreat. This 5-star hotel seamlessly blends alpine tradition with modern elegance, offering an inspiring backdrop for yoga and wellbeing retreats year-round.

Stylish rooms and suites provide a private sanctuary, while the Susanne Kaufmann Spa, inspired by Japanese culture, along with heated indoor and outdoor pools, and a private forest, create spaces for deep relaxation, mindfulness, and renewed energy.

A special highlight for our retreats is the new Yurt at the forest’s edge – a unique power spot for yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Surrounded by nature, it encourages you to quiet your mind, deepen your breath, and bring harmony to body and spirit.

The venue offers different type of rooms, two restaurants (one with a terrace), two bars, a spa and pool complex, a fitness room, and a private forest – the perfect setting for a holistic mountain retreat experience.

Yoga is a journey to ourselves, to our essence. It’s a path inward that allows us to discover ourselves anew again and again. Sandra's classes are nourishing, strengthening, balancing and calming. She teaches a flowing and mindful Vinyasa Yoga guided by the breath. Her classes are both stimulating and relaxing, so that body, mind and soul come into harmony.

Sandra is inspired by different Yoga styles. She has completed different trainings and her travels to Asia deepened her own practice over the years. For Sandra, Yoga is a state of deep connection.
