Come to the breathtaking Valais in the Swiss Alps, where mountain air and open horizons invite you to reconnect with yourself and the beauty around you. Here, nature’s rhythm blends with mindful yoga, nourishing meals, and the freedom to explore at your own pace.

This is not just a yoga retreat – it’s a space to recharge, move, and enjoy. Let the purity of the alpine air, the sparkle of fresh snow, and the warmth of community guide you back to your center. If winter has graced the valley, you can also enjoy snowshoeing, skiing, sledding or other winter activities right from the doorstep.

Each day begins with meditation, breathing practices, and energizing or restorative yoga led by experienced teachers Nina and Chris. Sessions are open to all levels, with modifications to suit your needs.

THE VENUE

Our Valais retreat space, Chalets Ganesha, is designed for comfort and inspiration. Surrounded by pristine alpine views, it’s the perfect base for both active adventures and deep relaxation.

Between yoga sessions, you can:

Explore nearby nature trails (snow-covered or green)

Enjoy winter activities when snow allows

Rest and read a book or journal

Evenings bring us together for shared meals and optional group activities, fostering connection in a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Our dear chefs prepare light, vibrant meals to support your practice - especially your morning pranayama. Fresh, seasonal, and lovingly prepared, our food is a true extension of the retreat’s intention to care for you, body and soul. Please inform us about allergies or intolerances well in advance.
