SABINE
Driven by curiosity from an early age, Sabine’s path has been shaped by an intuitive way of exploring life and growing into answers to its deeper questions. Her work is deeply inspired by the wisdom traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, and Western Psychology, which continue to inform her ongoing contemplation of life and death, mind and matter, and the nature of the heart.
Her approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for meaningful human connection and the transformative power of nature. Encounters with both have continually nurtured her sense of wonder and her commitment to embracing life fully with openness and presence.
Sabine draws deep inspiration from the guidance of her teachers, including Vivekananda and Ven. Bhaddamanika in meditation, as well as from Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, whose teachings on the middle path of love continue to inform her path. She is also inspired by the personal support of her husband, Michael Hamilton, and by the simple, grounding joy brought by their dog Juna, who reminds her daily of the beauty of being present in nature.
