For Diana, the practice is both an anchor and a launching point: a place to explore the universal principles that connect all forms of movement. While rooted in the foundationsof yoga, the practice invites you to move beyond the familiar. You will not only refine your asana but also acquire new physical skills, building a body that is not just flexible, but resilient and capable. This approach offers a profound mental and physical challenge, demanding complete presence and fostering a deep intelligence of the body. It is a practice for those who are curious to understand the fascinating overlaps between different systems of movement.


Diana is known for her strong, athletic, and intelligent classes that challenge the boundaries of a traditional practice. Her teaching is a dynamic dialogue between disciplines, artfully weaving the precision of yoga with the fluidity of dance, the playfulness of capoeira, the precision of functional training.


This unique method is built upon a deep and respected foundation of over 1000 hours of training in Yoga and Movement and 12 years of teaching. It is from this place of technical understanding that she now exploresand shares her passion for a more integrated, transversal approach to movement, empowering students to unlock their own inherent strength.


Diana leads her classes in English, welcoming all who are ready to work hard and explore their potential.
