CHRISTIN

Guest Teacher

Christin has been exploring the connection between body and mind for almost two decades. Trained as a physician, she specializes in psychosomatic and Mind–Body Medicine in her practice in Zürich. Alongside her medical work, she has immersed herself in yoga and somatic practices, completing teacher trainings with Meghan Currie (Vinyasa Yoga 200h & 100h), Satu Tuomela (Embodied Yoga 100h), and Byron de Marsé (100h), and continuing her studies with teachers such as Stephen Thomas and Tina Nance.

Her passion lies in creating nourishing and inclusive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, rediscover inner strength, and access the innate wisdom within. For Christin, yoga is a way of deepening the conversation with life and learning how to move with awareness and tenderness—even when it gets hard.

Through her start-up Mind Body Collective, she has been guiding silent yoga and meditation retreats in Switzerland since 2020, alongside offering studio classes, online programs, and women’s circles.

Her teaching blends strengthening and creative Hatha Flow sequences with tools for somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. Christin invites her students to explore yoga not as performance, but as a sanctuary—a practice to ground, to regulate, and above all, to exhale.
