Having experienced the healing and transformative power of Yoga herself, Carmen shares her practice with a deep sense of awareness, compassion, and authenticity. Her teachings invite you to slow down, listen within, and rediscover the quiet strength that lies beneath the noise of daily life.
Guided by Buddhist psychology and the philosophy behind Yoga, she sees this path as a journey of returning to oneself —to presence, clarity, and heartfelt connection. “Change begins within ourselves –and from there, our view of the whole world transforms.”
In her classes, she holds a nurturing and grounded space where students can explore movement and stillness, strength and surrender. Her approach is meditative yet embodied, encouraging each person to find their own rhythm and depth of experience.
When not teaching, Carmen travels often, especially to the Far East, where she leads retreats that weave together Yoga, travel, and self-discovery. These gatherings are an invitation to pause, reconnect, and experiencethe beauty of being fully alive.
