ANJA
Anja first encountered yoga and meditation in 2016 while traveling through Central America. After years of personal practice, she chose to deepen her studies in 2019, completing her first 200-hour training with Octavio Salvado and The Practice. Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga quickly enriched every part of her life, revealing the joy of living in harmony with oneself.
Through these practices of deep inner work, she also found her passion in coaching, which she offers within signature coaching programs and personalised holistic coaching packages.
Since 2019, Anja has completed a total of 700 hours in Tantra Hatha Yoga and Meditation at The Practice, plus 50 hours in Kids & Teens Yoga and Mindfulness.
Rooted in the original traditions of Tantra and Yoga, Anja’s teaching explores how to unite the divine energy within with the world around us. Through intentional work with body and breath, her classes help calm and strengthen the mind, rebalance the flow of energy, and dissolve inner limitations - supporting a life lived with authenticity, resilience, and harmony.
Each practice with Anja traditionally blends asanas (postures), pranayama (breath-work), and meditation to safely and efficiently reach higher states of consciousness and transform inner obstacles into strengths.
