ANDREA
Andrea is an RYT 500-certified Hatha Vinyasa teacher with a holistic approach that blends movement, mindfulness and mental clarity. With a background in mental coaching, she integrates conscious movement with breath and intention, guiding students toward greater strength, balance and resilience — both physically and mentally.
Her journey with yoga began as a personal path to healing and self-care, evolving into a deeper exploration of transformation and awareness. She sees yoga as an expression of living aconscious life, one that fosters authenticity and well-being. In her classes, she encourages students to experience movement as a tool for energy flow, presence and self-discovery, creating space for both challenge and deep restoration. Her classes inspire a harmonious connection between body, mind and breath, fostering not only strength and vitality but also inner peace and stillness of mind.
