Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days before rental: 100% refund or free rebooking

Less than 30 days before rental: 100% charged

No-shows or early terminations: non-refundable

Cancellations by the SOULSPACE: full refund or alternative date offered

Rebookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
General Conditions

Payment must be completed in advance to confirm the booking.

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by SOULSPACE.

The studio must be left clean and tidy (“besenrein”) after use. If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee may be charged.

The studio reserves the right to refuse future rentals for repeated late cancellations, unpaid fees, or disregard of studio guidelines.
Important Note

Seefeld Studio is for Yoga group classes, workshops, and events. One-to-One Yoga sessions take place exclusively in the Tiny & Tinier Soulspace.
