The practice of Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing tradition. The term «Rei» means «spirit/soul», «Ki» means «life energy» thus Reiki refers to the universal life energy that flows through all living beings.
By learning Reiki, the inner energy channels on physical, mental and spiritual levels become activated and balanced. Reiki helps clear energy blockages, stimulates self-healing and enhances overall wellbeing. It supports deep relaxation, inner peace, clarity and harmony.

Carina Iten is a dedicated Meditation, Mindfulness and Reiki teacher and master, offering Reiki trainings under the name Tender Mind. With a background in Social Sciences (B.A.) and further education in meditation and healing modalities, she has been living the path of inner balance, self-awareness and energy healing for many years. Through her own inner journey she came to appreciate the power of combining meditation, mindfulness and Reiki and she now shares this path with others. She has been practising Reiki since 2018 and teaching it since 2022. She also trains future Reiki teachers. Her teaching style is compassionate, grounded, and deeply informed by real-life experience, both from her own inner journey and from guiding many students along their paths. This allows her students to experience Reiki not only as a technique, but as a pathway to inner balance, self-healing, and mindful living.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Through a Reiki initiation/attunement, your energy channels are opened so that universal life energy can flow freely through your chakras.
How to experience Reiki energy on yourself and others, and how to give a full-body Reiki treatment using hands-on placement.
The basics of the chakra system and how Reiki relates to it.
How to apply Reiki in everyday life for self-care, stress relief, and energy balancing.

After Level 1 you are trained to confidently offer and receive Reiki full-body treatments. You have a solid foundation for energy healing on physical and emotional levels.
There are no prerequisites or previous experience needed for Reiki Level 1 it is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone wishing to reconnect with their intuition and energy.
CERTIFICATION
After completing the course, participants receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate, which allows them to offer Reiki sessions to others.

LEVEL 2 – OKUDEN
Expanding Awareness: Symbols, Mental and Distance Healing

WHAT YOU LEARN
You receive further initiations, deepening your connection to Reiki energy.
You learn the first three traditional Reiki symbols, their mantras and how to work with them.
How to apply Reiki on mental and emotional levels, supporting emotional healing, transformation and clearing subconscious blockages.
Techniques for doing distance (remote) Reiki sessions, including energetic cleaning of spaces (rooms, objects) and creating «light-deposits» (energy reservoirs).
Deepening your awareness, intuition and sensitivity, opening to psychic/energetic perception.
At the end of Level 2 you become a certified Reiki 2 practitioner — capable of working with energy on more subtle levels, using symbols, offering both in-person and distance treatments, and supporting emotional and energetic wellbeing for yourself and others.
CERTIFICATION
After completing Level 2, you are able to confidently offer distance Reiki sessions, support emotional and mental wellbeing, and work with powerful symbols to enhance your treatments. You will also receive a Reiki Level 2 certificate.

The Master symbol, its meaning and how to channel its powerful energy.
Advanced practices such as aura-cleansing (dry aura bath), full chakra alignment using all Reiki symbols, breathwork and meditation/ritual techniques.
How to embody Reiki on a deeper, spiritual level, making Reiki not just a technique but a way of life.
Inner work: shadow work, soulful integration, and the development of intuitive presence and clarity.
Reiki Level 3 is the Master Level — a transformative step for those who wish to deepen their spiritual practice, strengthen their intuitive abilities, and embody Reiki as a way of life. In this training, you learn the Master symbol, advanced energetic techniques, aura and chakra alignment practices, spiritual self-work, and methods to anchor Reiki deeply into your everyday life. This level is ideal for practitioners who wish to elevate their energy work, connect with their inner mastery and clarity, and potentially prepare for future teacher training.
CERTIFICATION
After completing Level 3, you gain the title of Reiki Master and receive a Reiki Level 3 certificate, acknowledging your mastery and allowing you to offer advanced Reiki sessions.
