Integration and Amendment of Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Soulglow AG and the customer. The customer confirms having read and accepted these GTC. Any subsequent amendments or additions to these GTC will be published on the Soulglow AG website and become part of the contract unless the customer objects within 30 days.
Scope of Services
These GTC apply to all services provided by Soulglow AG in Switzerland and abroad, including:
• Yoga classes
• Workshops
• Trainings & Teacher Trainings
• Retreats
• Events
• Thai Yoga Massages
• Private Sessions
By booking or participating in any service, the customer accepts these GTC.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in all classes, workshops, retreats, and sessions is at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to attend. Yoga classes and sessions do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Existing health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy must be communicated before the class or event begins.
Soulglow AG reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s condition appears unsuitable for the activity.

Classes, Workshops & Trainings
• Trial Memberships are valid only once per person.
• Class packs are personal and non-transferable.
• Class packs expire 12 months after purchase.
• No refunds are granted for unused classes.
• Schedules and teachers may change without entitlement to refund.
Cancellation Policy
Classes cancelled online at least 2 hours before the start time will not be charged.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Participation & Liability
Participants are responsible for consulting a physician before participating in yoga activities.
Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Soulglow AG accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Workshops & Trainings Cancellation Policy
Registrations are binding.
Refunds are only possible in case of illness or accident with a valid medical certificate submitted before the event.
• Up to 8 weeks before: 25% fee
• Up to 14 days before: 50% fee
• Less than 14 days before: 100% fee
Participants may transfer their booking to another person.
Yoga Retreats
Registration & Payment
Full payment is required upon registration. A retreat spot is only confirmed after payment is received.
Cancellation
• Up to 90 days before retreat: refund minus 10% administration fee
• Up to 40 days before retreat: 50% refund
• Less than 40 days before: no refund
Retreat spots may be transferred to another person.
Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for travel arrangements, visas, and insurance coverage.
Travel cancellation insurance and health insurance are strongly recommended.
Thai Yoga Massages
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT.
Price changes and errors are reserved.
Data Protection
Soulglow AG complies with Swiss data protection regulations.
Copyright
All website content, images, texts, and media belong exclusively to Soulglow AG and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Disclaimer of Liability
Soulglow AG provides all services with due care.
Liability exists only in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Soulglow AG is not liable for force majeure or third-party services.
