ABOUT THE METHOD
Our training uses the keur method — breathwork + movement + sound. This approach emphasizes the science of breathing to transform brain and body, support deeper sleep, sharpen focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and access meditative states for healing and release. Breathwork is movement, breathwork is meditation. This dual aspect of physical motion and meditative stillness is central to the training philosophy.
