DINA

Her motivation to teach is to create a space for people to connect to themselves and to others. Dina’s classes are based on Hatha yoga, and she likes to incorporate breath work and music into her classes.

JULIE

Julie loves to share this experience with her students. Her classes are powerful, dynamic and refreshing, but they give just as much space for the inner journey.

NINA

To have found a way how to live and preserve authenticity in today’s world is reflected in Nina’s awareness, which she lives and conveys in her classes - always with the perspective of being a lifelong student.

SANDA

One day she wants you to feel like a warrior and on other days, less is more. Her motivation behind teaching is simple. She wants you to see Yoga for what it really is: A path to yourself: “With Yoga we become students for a lifetime. I have a long way to go but this is what I came for!”

SIMI

In her classes and retreats, Simi offers a space where students can feel safe, comfortable, sometimes challenged but happy and connected to their body, breath and mind. Her classes are physically strong and flowy.

ELIANE

For her, Yoga is a dance between effort and devotion - always in harmony with breathing, which anchors her in the here and now. Meditation, pranayama and asanas lead her towards this goal.

NIKKI

Her classes are a breath based combination of movement and meditation to help her students dropping into their body and out of their mind. In her teaching she aims to bring a feeling of lightness, acceptance and strength to her students.

NDEKA

Thindeka is a yogini and doula who began her yoga journey in her late teens. This introduction to a new language of body, mind and soul led to a world of self- discovery and an eagerness to continue to explore, grow, listen and learn from others. It is this same feeling of self-exploration that she likes to share with her students.

SANDRA

Sandra's classes are nourishing, strengthening, balancing and calming. She teaches a flowing and mindful Hatha Yoga guided by the breath.

TIM

Tim’s teaching style is still in the making. He teaches a Hatha-based style. Yoga to him is a lifestyle. It is a a never-ending journey of exploring and expanding our physical, mental and spiritual being.

ROBI

Yoga is a love story that began almost 20 years ago on a trip to India, and that has not let go of him ever since. He loves the aesthetics of the yoga posture and the inner attitude associated with them.

JULIAN

Julian teaches a mix of Hatha Flow and Vinyasa. In addition to strength, it is important to him to cultivate a certain softness in the body. Drawing the senses inward so that the experiences made in class strengthen your self-confidence and support everyday life away from the mat.

NICOLA

For her it feels like a "dry swim" for everyday life. Yoga teaches to come into the here and now, to constantly practise to surrender, to experience situations value-free and to trust the process. The union of breath and movement helped Nicola to find balance in life.
