For the mind
In Yin Yoga we hold poses for up to 5 minutes at a time. This 'me' time will give you the opportunity to let your thoughts flow freely or find a meditation in each pose. It also trains the mind to be comfortable with the uncomfortable until it passes.
For the body
Yin Yoga and sound healing is like taking yourself to a 90-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. We will practice 60 minutes of relaxing Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of healing sounds washing over you.
