WRAPPING UP
THE WEEK

Once a month on a sunday evening we meet to wrap up the week. This practice is a blend of Forrest yoga, vinyasa and restorative poses, followed by a guided meditation. Taking a chance to pause and step away from the rush of everyday life to cultivate a calm mind and an open heart for what is to come.
