PRANAYAMA
Incorporating practices like Pranayama/Kriyas can offer a comprehensive approach to cleansing and rejuvenating the body and mind. Every morning we will begin with Pranayama. Mindful breathing is a fundamental practice to oxygenate the body, which then supports natural detoxification processes and promotes relaxation. We will control the breath to enhance the flow of prana (vital energy) within the body. Many of the traditional techniques aim to balance the nervous system, clear energy channels, and support our overall well-being.

One of the Kriyas, Jala Neti (nasal cleansing with saline water) we will introduce to you to practice individually in the morning to eliminate toxins and impurities from the body, particularly from the respiratory system. These practices are considered an essential part of a holistic detoxification process.

YOGA ASANA with Nina
In this setting, we will offer a well balanced practice of strong and relaxing Yoga Asana and integration. This provides a balanced approach to support the body's detoxification and rejuvenation processes.

Engage in dynamic yoga sessions that cater to practitioners of all levels. Through guided asana practices, you'll build strength, flexibility, and balance while attuning your body to the gentle rhythm of the season. We will flow trough dynamic postures that strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and boost your overall energy level. This part of the retreat is ideal for a detox retreat because it helps us to build physical resilience and vitality. The lymphatic system gets stimulated, circulation enhanced, and the elimination of toxins is facilitated. The soothing part of the practice helps participants to unwind, to reduce stress, and facilitate the body's natural cleansing processes.

Tell her about your health challenges or anything you want to know about your health in a one-hour session. Lara is a qualified naturopath and supports people to bring their body's system back into balance. Ask her everything about detox, dietary supplements, prebiotics and probiotics, food intolerances, digestive problems and intestinal flora as well as hormonal themes such as chronic exhaustion, headaches, weight gain or loss. If you are then interested in further laboratory analyses (microbiome, hormone status, micronutrients, etc.), she can provide you with the appropriate test sets.
