Yoga is a journey to ourselves, to our essence. It’s a path inward that allows us to discover
ourselves anew again and again. Sandra's classes are nourishing, strengthening, balancing and calming. She teaches a flowing and mindful Vinyasa Yoga guided by the breath. Her classes are both stimulating and relaxing, so that body, mind and soul come into harmony.
Sandra is inspired by different Yoga styles. She has completed different trainings and her travels to Asia deepened her own practice over the years.
