OUTDOOR YOGI FIT

In this class we combine elements of Crossfit, Pilates and Yoga - all outdoors. The short walk/jog to the training ground is already our warm-up. With exercises to build up muscles and to activate the cardiovascular system, we will break a light sweat. And at the end we have a cool down with breath regulation and a final relaxation. The perfect combination for every level!
