Natalija‘s motivation lies in helping people discover the transformative power of yoga in their lives. She believes that the practice of yoga can create a profound shift in one's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 


Her approach to teaching is rooted in the traditional philosophies of yoga, but she also believes in adapting the practice to meet the unique needs and abilities of each individual student. Natalija encourages her students to explore their practice with curiosity and self-compassion, rather than striving for perfection.


Ultimately, the goal as a yoga teacher is to create a safe and supportive space for students to connect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. Natalija is continually inspired by the resilience, strength, and beauty that emerges when we tap into the innate wisdom that resides within each of us.
