Immerse yourself in a deeply regenerating and nourishing experience that harmonizes with the the energy of autumn. This time of year offers an opportunity to digest the heat and activity of summertime by slowly undwinding and recentering. The extended morning practice also supports you in cultivating your own practice rituals.
