MELT INTO YIN

A calm and soft practice to step back from that daily hustle and bustle.

It's a space for you to dive deep - into your body, your mind and the uniqueness of your own being. Holding the positions for a couple of minutes will improve your flexibility and the health and strength of your fascia. And in order for you to fully let go, we'll be using a lot of props to make it more comfortable (e.g. blocks and bolsters). So, are you ready to melt into yin?
