Marina’s goal is to provide access to meditation and yoga, allowing people to experience what’s going on in their body and especially what’s going on in their mind.

Discovering meditation and mindfulness changed her life in a very positive and exciting way, impacting every single aspect of it.
​
Her meditation and mindfulness journey began in 2016. Communication consultant by background, she worked in different kinds of organizations, including stressful, target-oriented environments. It became clear that she needed a tool to manage her mental health. Following thorough self-study, she completed a course of formal personalized Initiation into Neelakantha Meditation with Ezgi Fisher in 2018. In 2019, she completed a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training. Since meditation is the highest form of Yoga, she also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, an additional 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, and a 40-hour Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training, all accredited by Yoga Alliance.

Meditation & Yoga are her passion and she’d love to share it with whomever has an interest in uncovering the amazing power of our mind.
