Lisa likes to say: "when everything goes wrong, there is still yoga to remember it is going to be ok".
She always liked moving her body and practiced ballet and modern dance since she was a kid. She started with yoga in 2013 and since then, a regular yoga and mindfulness practice is part of Lisa's inner stability, allowing her to learn continuously about herself, reflect on her thoughts and take some distance with her emotions and overall, approach life in a positive and more peaceful way.
Her yoga classes have no other goal than creating a feel-good experience for the body and for the mind. Her style is based on the hatha yoga tradition, and she likes to bring in flowing movements and breath work. She teaches in English.
She holds two Yoga Teacher Trainings: 200h Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar Yoga from the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh (2016) and 250h Hatha Yoga with Stephen Thomas, Air Yoga Zürich (2020). Lisa also loves spreading yoga vibes in her workplace and teaches a weekly community class at WWF Switzerland.
