Julian attended his first yoga class in 2013. Since then he has been on the mat regularly and his passion for yoga has deepened over the years. Through the balance of effort, ease, conscious breathing and spirituality, Yoga is an important anchor in his life today. In 2016 he completed his 200h Yoga teacher training in southern India and is currently finishing his 300h training in Zurich.
Julian teaches a mix of Hatha Flow and Vinyasa. In addition to strength, it is important to him to cultivate a certain softness in the body. Drawing the senses inward so that the experiences made in class strengthen your self-confidence and support everyday life away from the mat.
