After her training as a certified wellness trainer, walking and spinning instructor, Jacqueline led outdoor courses in Bern for many years. 15 years of experience have made her an expert in motivating even couch potatoes to exercise. She loves helping people to feel better about their bodies. And in her eyes, the best way to do that is in the fresh air: Year-round outdoor training has bonus effects especially after a long day in the office.
Jacqueline focuses on her students strengths and quickly sees and feels where the growth potential lies.
