 Build the foundations of your Yoga practice

In the SOULSPACE's signature 'Foundation' workshop we introduce you to the foundations of Yoga. This workshop is for newbies to Yoga who would like to learn basic principles and the most important about Yoga. Our workshop also addresses to practitioners who would like to get a fresh-up. During 3 hours we will practice through detailed explanations, careful instruction while observing the breath. Experienced teachers of the Soulspace will guide you with individual support and hands on assists so you can cultivate a healthy practice from day one.

This workshop is the best preparation for practicing in regular classes at the Soulspace. And there will be room for questions, exchange and practical exercises. Remember: Yoga is 1% percent theory and 99% practice- we are here to support you!
