Dina discovered yoga after her second son was born looking to find some balance from her active days as a mom of two small boys and working in med tech. What began as a physical connection with the body quickly started expanding to other aspects of being and living. For Dina Yoga means a daily commitment on or off the mat to going inward, to living life as authentically and consciously as possible and to face life with all its ups and downs honestly and wholeheartedly.
Her motivation to teach is to create a space for people to connect to themselves and to others. Dina’s classes are based on Hatha yoga, and she likes to incorporate breath work and music into her classes. She teaches in English or German.
Dina completed a 250h Yoga teacher training at Airyoga in Zurich under the guidance of Stephen Thomas as well as a Pranayama Training with svarūpa yoga and a kids mindfulness and yoga training. She is involved in Yoga in School, dedicated to making yoga and mindfulness available to school-aged kids.
