The Connecting Circle is a safe and welcoming space for people who share similar experiences. Whether you're living abroad, starting or deepening your spiritual practice, or just going through the ups and downs of life, we come together once a month to support and uplift one another on our human journeys.
Each meeting will start with a Forrest Yoga practice, followed by a brief meditation, setting the tone for our circle time. The purpose of these monthly meetings is to create a community where we can express ourselves from the heart , embrace vulnerability, and cultivate empathy to support one another. This allows us to recognize that we are not alone in our struggles and that there are many others who face similar battles. Witnessing other individuals thrive can be incredibly inspiring and lighten our own paths.
We'll also have a chance to unwind, enjoy tasty snacks, and share some laughs together. So, if like me, you're craving a sense of belonging, this space is perfect for you. After all, humans thrive when we come together and uplift one another.
