Would you like to practice yoga but don‘t know where or how to begin? Then this “back to basics” workshop is perfect for you.

You will learn about the most essential basics of Yoga and feel how Yoga can feel in your body. There is plenty of room for questions, exchange and practical exercises. Immerse yourself in the world of Yoga with us. We will take you through the most common yoga poses and help you make adjustments personalised to your body.

 

Let us introduce you to the foundations of Yoga, including breath awareness and postures (Asana).

 

During 120 minutes we will practice through detailed explanations, careful instruction while observing the breath. Participation is limited to 10 students in order to care individually.
