Anja's path developed from meditation to Yoga. Meditation has always been an important essence for her to expand her awareness in everyday life. It is through Yoga, that she found a way to express calm and mindfulness in movement, creating balance throughout life.

Creating flows and strengthening asanas makes her classes as a unique experience and relaxing at the same time. Balance makes the difference. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Yogi, Anja creates her lessons for everyone who wants to get inspired for his own practice. Anja loves to create flows for your body and mind- as well as for your individual needs. She teaches in german.
