ALESSIA

“Move the body. Rest the mind. Nourish the Soul.” That sums up the magic behind the Asana practice on the mat for Alessia pretty well.

 

She is very grateful to have made yoga an important part of her life and it is a heartfelt wish, to share the practice with others.

 

After a few years of her own practice solely as a student, Alessia has completed several teacher trainings and now enjoys both roles, student and teacher. She holds Yoga Alliance Certificates in 200h Vinyasa & 300h Hatha & 50h Yin & 50h Nidra & 50h Pre & Post Natal & 50h Therapy basics & 15h Creative Sequencing, as well as 80h meditation instructor and 1.5 years life / mindfulness coach.

 

From her own experience she knows, yoga can change life in general for the better. Yoga helps to cultivate the relationship with one’s self. The asana practice does not only improve the physical fitness and flexibility, but also broadens one’s horizon on every level of being. Although united in a class, yoga can have a different quality to each and everyone. Nourishing, relaxing, strengthening, empowering, spiritual growth, mindfulness training, and so much more.

Classes are held in English. Anyone is welcome, beginner to advanced yogi.
