A strong, playful Asana session with some stabilizing, evening Pranayama practices to finish in the subtle body.
RETREAT STYLE PRACTICE
8.30 – 11.40
A long morning like we do in a retreat; 1 hour of Pranayama and Meditation to start the morning.
Then a deep Asana practice featuring inversions and backbends and long savasana. Cleansing and Refreshing.
